RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We want satisfied customers who are happy with their purchases.

Our returns policy is straight forward: If you’ve ordered the wrong product, something wasn’t what you thought it would be, or, you just changed your mind, you can return your products for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To do this, we just ask that you submit a return request by email to: info@uktoolsandfixings.co.uk or you can also call us on 0141 286 9014 and we will complete the return request for you.

You can choose to have a refund, a replacement, or a store credit if you think you’ll soon be ordering again. If you choose to receive a store credit please note that this will be valid for 3 months from the date of credit note.

You must return the goods (with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase) safely to us and you’re responsible for the cost in doing so. We can obviously only refund or exchange goods which are unused and unopened, and returned to us undamaged in a as-new condition. Please remember to include your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that you order is received damaged please contact our customer services team on 0141 286 9014 for further instruction.

All damaged items must be reported on the same day as delivery:

Where possible report damage to delivery driver and refuse the delivery so that the parcel is returned to us.

Alternately please inspect all items for damage on receipt of the order and report damages to our customer service team on day of delivery.

FAULTY GOODS

Faulty items must be report within 7 days of receipt by contacting our customer services team on 0141 286 9014. Items over 30 days old are covered by the manufactures warranty unless stated otherwise you would need to contact the manufacturer.
